More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged
24 hours or less / No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged
Cancellations must be made through our booking system or by direct contact during business hours. Same-day cancellations, late arrivals that result in shortened or missed services, and no-shows will be subject to the above fees.
